Duties and Responsibilities工作职责

• Providing a high level of service and technical advice for Peak’s customers为Peak OEM大客户提供高规格的服务和技术指导建议
• Working remotely with head office, you must be prepared, if requested, to provide worldwide service back up or technical support during holiday与总部远距离沟通合作，能够在需要时，为客户提供技术支持
• Ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is provided for the service and support of all Peak Scientific products为公司所有产品提供技术支持，并确保服务能够达到客户高满意度标准
• Carrying out routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and installations日常维护、紧急维修、设备安装
• Fault and quality issue feedback in time from customer site及时反馈客户现场情况
• Strong execution to fulfil the daily work base on the company policies遵守公司规定，具备较强的执行力
• Other work assigned by company 公司安排的其他任务

Skills and Qualifications岗位要求

• College degree or above大专及以上学历
• Major in mechanical or electronic engineering机械或电子工程相关专业
• Experience of maintaining pressure systems and transportable gases in a similar or related industry would be an advantage具备维护压力系统以及气体输送相关经验者优先
• Self motivated and the ability to work with minimal supervision工作积极主动，具有独立完成任务的能力
• Language skills in English essential日常英语沟通能力
• Good practical skills and a methodical approach to resolving problems良好的实践能力和解决问题的方法
• Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines能够承受高压工作
• Good communication and interpersonal skills良好的沟通能力和人际关系处理技巧
• Good understanding of Health and Safety as it impacts the position具备相关工作所需的健康意识和安全意识
